Problem:

The client faced challenges in managing agent and client information efficiently. They needed a solution to streamline tasks, assign responsibilities to agents, and provide clients with information related to ranked keywords. Additionally, there was a need for an automated system to generate orders and invoices on a weekly and monthly basis, respectively.

To address these challenges, we developed a robust platform based on Zoho CRM, tailored to the specific needs of the client. 

The project centred around creating an efficient ZOHO CRM-based platform to manage agent and client information seamlessly. It aimed to provide a comprehensive solution for collecting and organising data related to keywords, generating orders on both a weekly and monthly basis.

For the regular keywords added to the website, a weekly invoicing system was established. The system calculated the total invoice amount considering the prices associated with each keyword. This allowed for a streamlined approach to billing on a week-to-week basis.

On the other hand, the monthly aspect of the project catered to keywords that had achieved rankings and were incorporated into the website. Orders were generated on a monthly or bi-monthly (twice a month) frequency. This dynamic invoicing approach ensured that accurate and timely billing was maintained for the varying keywords’ performance.

  1. Agent and Client Management: Created a centralized database within Zoho CRM to manage and organize information about clients and agents effectively. Implemented task assignment features, allowing seamless communication and task tracking between agents.
